Leo E. Campbell, 80, of Mt. Auburn, passed away on September 23, 2013 at 10:30 p.m. at the Eastview Terrace in Sullivan, IL. He was born July 23, 1933 in Mechanicsburg, IL. The son of Cecil and Ora (Miller) Campbell. He married Helen Marie Rench on February 9, 1962 in Taylorville, IL. She preceded him in death on November 16, 2003. He was a retired farm worker.

He is survived by his sons William R. (Lucy) Campbell of Mt. Auburn, IL and Steven E. (Deana) Campbell of Keystone Heights, FL; daughter, Donna Marie (David) Tipsword of Mt. Auburn, IL; several grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brothers, Carl, Richard and Robert; sisters, Polly, Frances, Doris, Cecile and Helen; several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Marie; son, Stacey; brothers, Larry and Lester Campbell; sister, Ruth Wahlsmith.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Sutton Memorial Home, Taylorville, IL. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Sutton Memorial Home, Taylorville with Rev. Raymond Ragan officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Mt. Auburn, IL
