Orville D. Hibbetts, 97, of Taylorville passed away on July 25, 2011 at 10:35 p.m. at Taylorville Memorial Hospital. He was born August 27, 1913 in Taylorville the sond of Frank and Mabel Miller Hibbetts. He married Hilda McConnell December 6, 1936. He was a retired farmer. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church Taylorville.

He is survived by Spouse Hilda, Daughter-In-Law Donna Hibbetts of Tovey, Grandchildren Terri (Keith) Hinrichs of Athens, Bryon (Robin) Hibbetts of Peoria, AZ, Brother Paul Hibbetts of Taylorville, Sister Jean Faulkner of Taylorville, Several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Son Duanne, Granddaughter LaDonna Hibbetts, Brother Dale Hibbetts.

Visitation will be Thursday July 28, 2011 from 6:00-8:00p.m. at Sutton Memorial Home, Taylorville. Funeral service will be Friday July 29, 2011 at 11:00a.m. at Sutton Memorial Home, Taylorville. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Taylorville. Pastor Rebecca Lembeke will be the minister. Memorials can be made to American Lung Association 3000 Kelly Land Springfield, IL 62711.
