Robert Eugene Millman, 82, of Cahokia, IL formerly of Taylorville, passed away March 4, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Belleville, IL.  He was born October 9, 1929 in Taylorville, IL. to Paul Rexford and Doris (Baker) Millman.  He married Mary Lou Sautelet on October 28, 1950 in Taylorville.  He was a retired from the Peabody Coal Company office in St. Louis, MO.

He is survived by wife: Mary Lou; very special sister-in-law: Nancy Sautelet of St. Peters, MO; Sisters-in-law: Janet Chamness, Joyce Snyder and Eloise Stephens all of Taylorville; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He is preceded in death by parents: Rex and Doris, and brother: Jack Millman

Visitation will be held Thursday March 8, 2012 from 4pm to 7pm at the Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville, IL. Funeral Services will be at 10:00am Friday March 9, 2012 at the Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville with Barry Wright officiating. Interment at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, Taylorville, IL.

He was a Veteran of the US Army and served in the Korean War.
