Pauline M. Young, 95, of Taylorville passed away at 12:30 a.m. Friday, August 12, 2011 at Meadow Manor Nursing Home. She was born March 15, 1916 in Osbernville the daughter of Otto F. and Frieda M Furstenberg Young. She graduated form Stonington High School Class of 1933 and had been a legal sevretary for 43 years until retiring in 1981. Pauline was a member of Central Baptist Church in Springfield. She was a member of Mary Vienna group of Esters King's Daughter's Circle and the Women's Club of Springfield. She will be remember by her family and friends for her sweetness of spirit and pleasant ways.

She is survived by her sister, Rudy J. Gebhart of Taylorville. Nieces and Nephews: Rebecca Steiner of Taylorville, Pennie Crinion of Dowers Grove, Paul Gebhart of Edinburg, Cindy Woerhmann of Taylorville, Lynn brown of Odin, IN, Chris Young of Mattoon, Nedda Blake of Cocoa, FL and 15 Grand nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Velira Moore, Brother Maurice Young, nephew David Moore, and nieve Barb Bononi.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 15, 2011 at McClure Funeral Home. Burial will be in Old Stonington Cemetery.
