Sheila Mae Qualls, 54, of Taylorville, passed away September 14, 2011 at 9:55pm at Taylorville Memorial Hospital, Taylorville, IL.  She was born November 9, 1956 in Springfield, the daughter of James and Delores (Smith) Madiar.  She married Joseph Qualls on December 23, 2006 in Hannibal, MO.  She was a homemaker.

She is survived by Mother and Step-father; Delores and Lou Forbes of Morrisonville, IL Father and Step-mother; James and Luella Madiar of Converse, LA; Brother; Joe Madiar of W. Monroe, LA and Chris John Madiar of Shreveport, LA. Sister; Brenda (Chris) Cochran of Long Creek, IL. Granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by Brother; Phillip Madiar.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday September 18, 2011 at 3:00pm at the Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville with Father Alan Hunter officiating.  Visitation will be from 1:00 - 3:00 pm Sunday September 18, 2011 at the Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville, IL.
