Justyne Lowe, 91, of Taylorville formerly of Blue Mound, IL, passed away January16, 2013 at 4:55 p.m. at Taylorville Care Center in Taylorville. She was born August 10, 1921 in Virginia, IL. The Daughter of E.B. and Beulah Ivey Millner. She married Floyd Lowe on June 29, 1940 in Maissouri and he later preceded her in death on September 8, 2005. She was a retired Homemaker

She is survived by her Son: Richard (Rita) Lowe of Taylorville; Daughters: Jean (Bill) Cooper of Taylorville, IL; Beverly (Darryll) Beaman of Taylorville, IL; Diane (Brian) Smith of Mattoon, IL; Grandchildren: Nine (9); Great-Grandchildren: Thirteen (13); One Great-Great Grandson; Sister: Dorothy (Everett) Ledbetter of Springfield, IL; Many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 18, 2013 at 11:00 am at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville with Rev. Philip Neumann officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Nokomis, IL. Visitation will be held Friday, January 18, 2013 from 10:00-11:00pm at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville.
