Earl F. Bauer, 90, of Nokomis, passed away Tuesday January 22, 2013 at 2:05 a.m. at his residence in Nokomis. He was born March 18, 1922 in Lincoln, IL. The Son of John C. and Helena Aeilts Bauer. He married Betty Wehner on June 15, 1946 at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Lincoln, IL. He was a Retired farmer.

He is survived by his Wife: Betty; Son: John Earl Bauer (Fiance Diane Rebbe) of Bingham, IL; Daughters: Janet (Dale) Halford of Williamsville, IL; Jolene (Mike) Williams of Sherman, IL; Grandchildren: Angela Brooks, Aaron Halford, John Ryan Bauer, Blake Bauer, Jared Williams, and Jordan Williams; Great-Grandchildren: Ashley and Luke Halford, Caleb, Garret and Evan Bauer, Mitchell Gaffney and Hunter Brooks

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 11:00am at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Nokomis with Pastor Bert Eichoff officiating. Burial will be in Nokomis Cemetery in Nokomis. Visitation will be held Saturday, January 26, 2013 from 9:00-11:00am at Trinity Lutheran Church in Nokomis.
