He is survived by his Parents: O.J. and Julie Kohl of Taylorville, IL; Sister: Josie Kohl of Taylorville, IL; Grandparents: Doug and Mary Kohl of Taylorville, IL; Paul and Rhonda Anderson of Taylorville, IL; Great-Grandmother: Maxine Royer of Taylorville, IL. He is preceded by his Grandfather Duane Ladd

Private Family Graveside services will be held at a later date with Pastor Rodney Blomquist officiating. Burial will be in Ponting Cemetery, Stonington, IL.
