Linda Kay Dugan, 62, of Taylorville, passed away Friday, May 24, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. at her residence in Taylorville. She was born July 19, 1950 in Taylorville, IL. The Daughter of Victor and Roberta (Hunt) Sebben. She married Gaylord Dugan on September 7, 1968 in Taylorville, IL. She worked as a pharmacy technician at WalMart in Taylorville . She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, the 40 miles per Hour Club, and she was also an avid cubs fan.   

She is survived by her Sons: Michael Dugan, Jason Dugan both of Taylorville; Daughter: Amanda Dugan-Marten  and husband Richard of Bulpitt; Grandchildren: Jeffery Dugan and Lindsey May Marten; Brothers: Greg Sebben, John Sebben and companion Ada Tanner, and Kevin Sebben of Taylorville; Sister: Diane Sebben-Chevalier and Husband Rick of Taylorville; Several Nieces, Nephews, Aunts and Uncles. She was preceded in death by her parents, Grandparents, Nephew Chad Melton and Special Cousin Tina Sebben.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 11:00am at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville with Father Alan Hunter officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville. Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2013 from 10:00-11:00am at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville. Sempre Avanti Con Coraggio (Always Forward W Courage)
