E. M. “Donna” Faber, 88, of Kincaid, IL passed away at 1:15 P.M. Thursday, November 13, 2014 in Memorial Medical Center, Springfield, IL.

 She was born in Taylorville, IL July 24, 1926 the daughter of James Andrew and Ruby (Owens) Graham.  Donna married Stanley Faber in Taylorville, IL and he preceded her in death in 1996.

 Mrs. Faber was a member of Midland United Methodist Church, Kincaid, IL where she was also a member of the Pollyanna group.  She worked for 10 years at Simplicity Flock, in Kincaid, IL and 28 years at St. John’s Hospital, Springfield, IL retiring in 1989.  Donna taught elementary Sunday school at Tovey United Methodist Church for over 30 years.  She loved to bird watch and attend her great-grandchildren’s sporting activities.

 Surviving are a daughter Donna (husband Will) Wake of Rochester, IL., a son Stanley “Jim” (wife Anita) Faber of Marceline, MO., 4 grandchildren Rhonda (husband O.J.) Shambarger of Auburn Hills, MI., Jennifer Brown of Suffolk, VA., Aaron (wife Bridgett) Wake of Rochester, IL., Jason (wife Sara) Wake of Tovey, IL., 5 great grandchildren Lauren and Brianna Wake of Rochester, IL., Zach, Vincent and Lilly Wake of Tovey, IL 1 step grand daughter, 2 brothers John Graham of Virden, IL and Ronald (wife Della) Graham of Bulpitt, IL along with numerous nieces and nephews.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Stanley, 2 brothers Otis “Bob” Graham and Eugene Graham and a sister Delores Roseberry.

 Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 18, 2014 in Midland United Methodist Church, Kincaid, IL.  Rev. Linda Vonck will officiate.  Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery, Taylorville, IL.  Visitation for Mrs. Faber will be held from 5 to 7 P.M.
