Tenneal Lunsford, 62 of Taylorville, IL passed away at 7:04 a.m. on Friday, October 10, 2014 at Taylorville Memorial Hospital.  She was born on August 22, 1952 in Taylorville, IL. The daughter of George Wilbur Sams & Norma (Ellinger) Allison. She married Robert Lunsford on February 14, 1998 in Taylorville, IL. She was a laborer at GSI. Tenneal was a hard worker and very kind hearted. Her granddaughter. Dylan, was the joy of her life. She was always there for everyone!

She is survived by her husband Robert; Mother, Norma Allison of Decatur; daughter, Lacey Durbin of Taylorville, IL; granddaughter, Dylan Nicole Durbin; siblings, George Sames of Taylorville, Donald (Patty) Sams of Taylorville, Mark (Cindy) Sams of Taylorville, Jenneth (Phil) Doyle of Boody; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by her father and sister, Carole J. McMillon

Visitation will be from 9:00 until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 13, 2014 at the Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville, IL. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville with Pastor Becky Lembke officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville.
