Beverly J. “Jeannie” Murphy, 44, of Taylorville, passed away Monday, December 22, 2014 at 9:16 p.m. at Taylorville Memorial Hospital in Taylorville. She was born March 24, 1970 in Springfield, IL. The Daughter of Dwight and Pamela (Brown) Rozplochowski. She married Steven Murphy on September 30, 1989 in Taylorville, IL and they were later divorced. She worked as an LPN at several of area nursing homes.  

She is survived by her Companion: Jerimiah Johnson of Taylorville, IL; Son: Christopher Murphy of Taylorville, IL; Daughter: Pamela Rozplochowski of Taylorville, IL; Father: Dwight Rozplochowski of Taylorville, IL; Four Grandchildren; Brothers: Dwight (Patricia) Rozplochowski II of Taylorville, IL; Jesse Rozplochowski of Taylorville, IL; John Rozplochowski of Taylorville, IL; Sisters: Samantha (Anthony) Barstow of Kincaid, IL; Danielle Cunningham of Kincaid, IL; Several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her Grandparents and her mother.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December  30, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. at 231 N. Houston St. in Taylorville. Inurnment will be at a later date . Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 30, 2014 from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at 231 N. Houston St. in Taylorville.
