Joseph William Green, 60 of Taylorville, IL passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at Taylorville Memorial Hospital, Taylorville, IL.  He was born on January 20, 1956 in Taylorville, IL the son of Oscar and Betty (Deweese) Green. 

He is survived by his sisters: Linda (Armand) Tippet of Taylorville, IL and Rhea (Don) Williams of Augusta, ME; uncle: Bob Deweese of Pana, IL and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents. He was a taxi driver for A-1 Taxi Service in Taylorville

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Grace Baptist Church in Taylorville, IL. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Grace Baptist Church in Taylorville.
