Ruth Ann Sinnard, 73 of Taylorville passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at 10:15 a.m. at her residence in Taylorville. She was born on July 28, 1943 in Taylorville, IL the Daughter of John and Gladys Marcella (Walker) Evrley. She married Sam Sinnard in 1964 and they later divorced in 1974. Ruth worked in the Envelope line at Sangamon Card Company.

Surviving are her Son: Sam Sinnard Jr. and companion Marsha Mosley of Taylorville, IL; Daughter: Juanita Sinnard of Taylorville, IL; Grandchildren: Annette (Bill) Wilson of Taylorville, IL, Justin Mosley of Taylorville, IL, Amanda Mosley of Kincaid, IL; Kaylie Mosley of Kincaid, IL; Mary (Randal) Durbin of Fort Mitchell, AL; 7 Great-Grandchildren; Brothers: Keith (Sandra) Evrley of Taylorville, IL; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. She was preceded in death by her Parents and her Brother: James Evrley.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville with Pastor Don Bettis officiating. Burial will be held in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in Taylorville, IL.
