Homer Mink III, 47 of Owaneco passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2016 at 8:53 a.m. at his residence in Owaneco. He was born on November 23, 1968 in Taylorville, IL the Son of Homer Dan and Sharon Pha (McKinney) Mink II. He married Rebecca L. “Becky” Wilson on March 18, 1989 in Owaneco. He worked as a Farmer. Homer loved to ride his Harley, he was a loving Husband, a great dad and grandpa.

Surviving are his Wife: Rebecca L. “Becky” Mink of Owaneco, IL; Sons: Danny E. Mink of Owaneco, IL; Darren M. (Samantha) Mink of Pana, IL; Zach C. Mink of Owaneco, IL; Mother: Pha Mink of Owaneco, IL; Grandchildren: Carson Palmer-Sickles, Izayah Homer Mink; Sister: Dawn (Truet) Trusler of Jacksonville, IL; Brother: Fred (Debbie) Mink of Taylorville, IL; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his Father.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville. Burial will be held in Millersville Cemetery in Millersville, IL
