Jonne Louise Welton, 79 of Taylorville passed away on Monday, January 30, 2017 at 6:25 p.m. at Memorial Medical Center in Taylorville. She was born on October 29, 1937 in Ashland, OH the Daughter of Ralph and Gladys (Ricker) Worst. She graduated from Ashland Highschool and Business College in Omaha, NE. Jonne worked for the Federal Government in Washington D.C. as a librarian and she later worked for Standard Mutual Insurance Company in Springfield, IL for 29 years until retirement.

Surviving are her Sisters: Judy (Bob) Baldridge of Arizona, Janet Fackler of Ohio; Life Long Friend: Loretta Luttrell, Extended family: Darlene Collebrusco, Nancy Andrews, and Joyce Woods; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. She was preceded in death by her Parents and Brother Phil Worst.

It was Jonne’s wish to be cremated and there will be a graveside service at a later date in Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville, IL.

Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville is assisting the family with arrangements.
