Jerry was a veteran of the United States Army where he served as a mechanic. He proudly completed two tours of duty in both Vietnam and Germany. After retiring from the Army, Jerry worked many years as a grain handler for the Stonington Coop. Jerry loved the outdoors, especially fishing and camping. He spent many months each year at his lake lot and also loved camping at Beaver Dam so he could be close to his grandsons. Jerry was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and NASCAR and enjoyed bowling.
