Paula Golitko

Paula Golitko, 60, of Nokomis, passed away on Sunday, August 13, 2017 at 1:14 a.m. at Hillsboro Area Hospital in Hillsboro. She was born on December 3, 1956 in Athens, AL. The Daughter of William and Peggy (Beckham) Black. She married John Golitko on October 23, 1976 in Nokomis. She worked at Nokomis Savings Bank as a teller, Save More Pharmacy in Nokomis and recently at Golitko Service in Nokomis. Paula was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, Nokomis and Fillmore Sportsman’s Club and the NRA.

She is survived by her Husband: John Golitko of Nokomis, IL; Son: Matthew Golitko of Nokomis, IL; Daughter: Tawnya (Hugh) Stout of Vandalia, IL; Grandchildren: Jessica Rhoades of Vandalia, Brandon Rhoades of Altamont, IL; Taylor Stout of Effingham, IL; Candyce Stout of Vandalia, IL; Abby Stout of Vandalia, IL; Great-Grandchildren: Benson Siebert, Kade Siebert, Zach Rhoades; Sisters: Tammy Pickler of Taylorville, IL; Peggy Johnson of Montana; Nephew Dustin (Tiffany) Johnson, Great- Nieces: Racheal and Shelby Johnson; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Cousin Tony Grisby and Uncle Sam Beckham.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Sutton Funeral Home in Nokomis. Funeral Mass will be on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Louis Catholic Church in Nokomis with Father Albert Allen officiating. Burial will be held in Calvary Cemetery in Nokomis.
