Corliss Don Attaway, 86 of Stonington passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 7:00 a.m. in his home in Stonington, IL. He was born on November 8, 1932 in Shreveport, LA the son of Corliss and Margie (Hardin) Attaway. He married Rita Sellers on November 6, 1998 in Nashville, TN. Corliss was a retired industrial engineer.

He is survived by his Wife: Rita Attaway of Stonington; Sons: Chris D. (Tina) Attaway; Joseph David (Karen) Attaway; Grandchildren: Lauren Attaway, Brooke (Nick) Ortego and Elizabeth (Addison) Sanders. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter: Diane Jones, grandson: Blake Jones and sister: Anice Hendleman.

Corliss will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
