Scott Eric Neal, 47 of Taylorville passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at 1:25 a.m. at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL. He was born on May 14, 1972 in Springfield, IL the son of Glen and Janis Neal. He married April Shiree Miller on July 17, 1992 in Taylorville, IL. He was the owner and operator of Neal’s Termite and Pest Solutions and he was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles 1425. Scott enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandchildren.
He is survived by his Wife: April Neal of Taylorville, IL; Sons: Cory (Brittany) Neal of Taylorville, IL; Casey Neal of Taylorville, IL; Mason Neal of Taylorville, IL; Daughter: Chelsea Neal of Taylorville, IL; Grandchildren: Raylee Van slyke of Needville, TX; Kayden Neal of Taylorville, IL; Parents: Glen and Janis (Crabular) Neal; Sister: Kerry (Paul) Vaughn of Taylorville, IL; Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. 

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 19, 2019 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville. Funeral Service will follow the visitation starting at 11:00 a.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville. Burial will be in Fairview Church Cemetery in rural Nokomis, IL.
