Kristine Kay Kline-Pugh, 70 of Stonington, passed away at 5:57pm on Monday, September 28, 2020 at St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.  She was born on June 8, 1950 in Decatur, the daughter of Fred Orville and Darlin Estella Marie (Kramer) Kline.  Kristine worked in central supply at Taylorville Memorial Hospital for 17 years.  She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  She married Randy Pugh on May 4, 2010 in Stonington.  Kristine enjoyed genealogy.  
She is survived by her husband: Randy of Stonington; daughters: Angie, Naomi, Kenna, Amanda, and Lorinda; sons: Aaron, Abe, Zach, and Randy; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother: Rick Kline; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her parents; and daughters: Lisa and Renae.
