Phyllis Lukach, 77 of Taylorville passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2022 at 3:42 a.m. at Taylorville Memorial Hospital in Taylorville, IL. She was born on August 11, 1944 in Nanty-Glo, Pennsylvania the daughter of Norman and Sadie (Stiffler) Zeiter. She married Frank Lukach in June of 1977 in Taylorville, IL.

She is survived by her Husband Frank Lukach of Taylorville, IL; Daughters: Myra Duby of Paris, IL, Bobbie (Larison) Droke of Taylorville, IL; Sons: David Scott Duby of Morrisonville, IL, Rik Duby and Mark Duby; Grandchildren: Chris Sylvester, Payton Droke, Andrew Duby, April Duby, Christina Duby, Krystal Duby, and several others; Great Grandchildren: Alivia Duby, Madison Duby, Logan Duby, Gatlynn Droke, Bentley Droke, Gracelyn Droke, Wrigley Droke, Jonathan Sylvester; Sisters: Nancy Beard of Owaneco, IL and Donna Benton; Brother: Norman (Gloria) Zeiter of Alabama and Several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter: Virgina Lukach and granddaughter: Sierra Droke and Sister: Delores Davis.  

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2022 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville. Funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation starting at 11:00 a.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville with Pastor Gerald McPhillips officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville, IL.
