Hector “Dirk” Frank Bustamante, 58 of Taylorville passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022 at 6:55 p.m. at his home in Taylorville, IL. He was born on October 19, 1963 in Fort Stockton, TX the son of Frank and Delores (Uerta) Bustamante. 

He is survived by his Companion of 20 years Angela Peters; Children: Michael (Caitlin) Bustamante of Taylorville, IL, Tristin (Nancy Florez) Bustamante of Texas, Danielle Peters and Fiancé Fletcher Collins Jr. of Taylorville, IL, Janiva Herrea of New Mexico, Grandchildren: Aleece Peters-Westbrook, Flynn Bustamante, Fletcher Collins III, Fhallen Collins, Mother: Delores Bustamante of Texas; Sisters: Priscilla Bustamante of Denver, CO; Jillian Bustamante of Texas and several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Father Frank Bustamante and Brother: Michael Bustamante.

Hector will be cremated and his family will host a celebration of life at a later date.
Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville is assisting the family with arrangements.
