Jeffrey “The General”  Brian Miller, 63 of Fillmore, IL, passed away on March 22, 2023 at Hillsboro Area Hospital in Hillsboro, IL. He was born on September 25, 1959 in Litchfield, IL, the son of Leonard Miller and Melba Haines. He married Brenda (Wayne) Miller on June 4, 1982 in Fillmore.

Jeffrey was a co-owner and operator at Millers Lime Service and was an active member of Fillmore Baptist Church. In his free time, Jeff enjoyed woodworking and making wooden trucks and tractors. Above all, he loved spending time with his family.

He is survived by his Wife: Brenda Miller of Fillmore, IL; Daughters: Elizabeth Koski of Fillmore, IL; Julie (Bobby) Collman of Ramsey, IL; Grandchildren: Samuel Collman, Brilea Koski, and Addilyn Collman; Mother: Melba Miller of Taylor Springs, IL; Siblings: Everett (Kay) Miller of Coffeen, IL; Leona Miller of Macon, IL; Debbie (Mike) Jackson of Fillmore, IL; Cindy Miller of Sandoval, IL; Sue (Wayne) Jackson of Vandalia, IL; Gary (Joyce) Miller of Fillmore, IL; Paula (Tony) Fullerton of Westervilt, IL; Mother-in-Law: Virginia Wayne of Fillmore, IL; and Brother-in-Law: Raymond (Gena) Wayne of Neoga, IL.

He was preceded in death by his Father: Leonard Miller; Father-in-Law: Samuel Wayne; and his Brother-in-Law: Perry Wayne.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 27, 2023 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Fillmore Baptist Church in Fillmore, IL. A funeral service will be held the following day at 11:00 a.m. at Fillmore Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Plummer officiating. Interment will follow at Bost Hill Cemetery.

Memorials in his honor may be made to Fillmore Baptist Church.
