Taylorville – Dale A. Borgic, 59, of Taylorville, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

Dale was born September 8, 1964, in Hillsboro, IL, the son of Darrell J. and Martha Jane (Kessler) Borgic. He worked as a mechanic for many years, drove a truck for McLeod Trucking, loved to fish and spend time outdoors.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Otto.

Surviving are his daughters: Jessie Gordon and Marissa Borgic; siblings: Raymond (Diane) Borgic, Barbara (John) Rankin, John (Bonnie) Borgic, Vincent Borgic, and Mark (Violet) Borgic; companion, Linda Getz; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

No service are planned at this time. Cremation services will be provided by Graceland/Fairlawn Crematory.
