Gregory Alan Mendenhall, age 54, passed away at his home in rural Blue Mound on May 17, 2024.  Greg was born in Decatur on February 24, 1970.  He was a graduate of Mt. Auburn High School and attended the University of Illinois.  He also served in the Navy. 

He was preceded in death by his father Larry Mendenhall.  Survivors include his mother Barbara, sisters Debra Sansom of Decatur, Dawn (John) O'Fallon of Crystal Lake, IL, niece Paige O'Fallon, and nephew Sean O'Fallon. 

Services will be private. McClure Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Taylorville is assisting the family with arrangements.
