Debbie D. Myers, 68, of Pana, passed away Friday, January 10, 2025, in Hickory Estates Memory Care, Pana, IL. She was born June 1, 1956, in Greensburg, IN, to the late Barbara (Hart) and Jerry Myers.

Debbie was a graduate of Taylorville High School. She worked at Shelby County Community Services for 40 years, only retiring due to COVID. She was a member of Fourth Street United Methodist Church in Shelbyville, IL.

Debbie is survived by her sister, Janice Myers Punches of Clifton, VA; and brother, Ronnie Myers (and wife Pam) of Nokomis, IL; brothers-in-law, Paul Newberry of Taylorville, IL, and Brad Koons of Tower Hill, IL. She adored many nieces, nephews and greats.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Jeannette Newberry and Wanda Koons; and brother-in-law, Jack Punches.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. Friday, January 17, 2025, at Howe & Yockey Funeral Home, Shelbyville, IL, with Rev. Dave Altman officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. A private burial will be held at Glenwood Cemetery, Shelbyville, IL. Memorials may be given to Hickory Estates Memory Care in Pana or Pana Christian Church.
