Christina Lynne White, 45, of Irving, IL passed away January 16, 2025, at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield, IL.  Christina was born May 27, 1979, in Springfield, IL, the daughter of Linda Leitschuh and Dennis Jackson.  She married James White II on October 23, 2004.  He preceded her in death on July 14, 2024.

Christina is survived by her mother, Linda Leitschuh of Irving, IL; her father, Dennis (Kathy) Jackson of Nokomis, IL; her siblings, Larry (Amy) Jackson of Cleveland, TN; Kyle (Rachael) Jackson of Nokomis, IL; Amy Jackson of Nokomis; Dan (Kathy) Shroyer of Irving, IL; Thaddeus (Dani) Weaver and Tyler (Hadley) Corter; her grandparents, Melvin Simmons of Flat Rock, N.C.; Marcella Jackson of Coffeen, IL; and John Meiners of Nokomis  She is also survived by her beloved pets.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Wayne Jackson, Janice Andrews, Dave Andrews; and Martha Meiners. 

Christina graduated from Nokomis High School.  After high school, Christina became a home health provider for many years.  She was known for her huge heart and willing to go the extra mile to help anyone in need.  Her love for animals was enormous and she leaves behind many beloved pets.  You could also find her crocheting during her free time. 

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Open Arms Fellowship Church in Irving, IL.  Memorial service will be held immediately following the visitation starting at 11:00 a.m. at Open Arms Fellowship Church in Irving, IL with pastor Randy White officiating. 
Memorials may be made to the family to assist with expenses.
