Donald E. Wiley, Jr., of Kincaid, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025 at his home. He was born on July 15, 1975, in Springfield, the son of Donald and Marilyn (Fisher) Wiley, Sr. Donald worked various odd jobs throughout his life. He enjoyed fishing, diamond painting, playing his and PlayStation. He enjoyed helping others, and he never knew a stranger, always greeting everyone with a smile or a wave. Donald had no children, but he had nieces and nephews to occupy his time. He is survived by his dog Cooper, sister Tina (John) Fleming of Kincaid, nieces Alisha (Dale) Garner of Taylorville, Kristen (Andrew) Smith of Pana, nephews Donald (Tiffany) Ryan of Nokomis, Curtis (Sydney) of Boody, and Noah (fiancee Julia Davis) Ellsworth of Kincaid. Donald had lots of bonus nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, niece, cousins, and grandparents. Mr. Wiley was cremated after his donation to Gift of Hope. The family plans a Celebration of Life at a later date.
