Judith Ann Mann, 81, of Taylorville, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2025, at 2:45 p.m. at her home surrounded by her children. She was born on July 6, 1943, in Taylorville, Illinois, the daughter of Harold (Eileen) Westbrook Sr. and Mildred Cross. Judith married David Mann on October 13, 1962, in Taylorville, Illinois.

Judi retired from Wells Fargo in 2004. She was steadfast in faith and family. She valued her church families, Nascar racing, and attending Tracy Lawrence concerts. Her pride and joy were her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, supporting their interests and achievements gave her many years of fulfillment and happiness.

Surviving are her sons: Scott (Jackie) Mann of Kincaid, IL; Steven (Tracey) Mann of Kincaid, IL; daughters: Shauna (Kevin) Becker; Anita (Ronald) Brown; and Tricia (Harold) Marburger all of Taylorville, IL; cherished niece: Debra Mann; grandchildren: Trenae (Brent) Smith; Heather (fiancé Kelley Reynolds) Nizzio; Eric Handegan; Jason (fiancé Cindy Woods) Handegan; Elizabeth Brown; Steven Mann Jr.; Austin Marburger and Bradlee Marburger; bonus grandchildren: Jordan (Ross) Smith; Jamie Becker (companion William Jones); Josh (Michelle) Becker; great-grandchildren: Monroe and Parker Nizzio; Nash Reynolds; Edwin Smith; Kamden Brown; bonus great-grandchildren: Ethan Smith; Alisa Becker; Levi Jones; Grayson and Tatum Smith; brother: William (Linda) Westbrook of Taylorville, IL; sister: Patricia (Richard) Gomez of Springfield, IL; brother-in-law: Bill (Joeline) Mann of Taylorville, IL; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Judi was preceded in death by her parents; husband, David Mann, and two brothers, Harold Westbrook Jr., and Ronald Chatham.

We want to extend our special thanks to Dr. DelValle for the care he provided for our mother throughout the years. We would also like to thank Mary, her hospice nurse, who took care of her while she was ill.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2025, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville. A funeral service will be held the following day on Friday, January 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Jacob Skelton officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville.
