Kathy graduated from Taylorville High School in 1973 and continued her education at Lincoln Land Community College. She worked in shipping and management for many years until retirement. Kathy was a gifted pool player and was an active member of the American Pool Player Association. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church for her whole life.
Surviving is her husband: Steve Donoho; children: Sheena Swan, Ron Delay, Nikki Mellinger, Amy Whitlow, Steven Donoho Jr., and Heather McCoy; 13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and another great-grandchild on the way; as well as her sister, Patti Reinheimer. She was preceded in death by her parents and three grandchildren.
Per Kathy’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded, and no services will be held at this time. A memorial gathering to honor Kathy will be held on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Florinda’s in Taylorville.
