Linda S. Canale, 76 of Taylorville passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 10:45 a.m. at Springfield Memorial Hospital in Springfield, IL. She was born on August 10, 1949, in Liberty Center, OH, the daughter of Charles Arther Patton and Norma Elaine (Harvell). She married Scotty Canale and he preceded her in death. Linda loved various art activities and card club with her friends. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

Linda is survived by her Sons: Trevis Parker, Taylorville, IL; Thomas “Brandon” (Rikki) Parker of Taylorville, IL; Granddaughter: Kaitlin Parker of Taylorville, IL; Grandson: Miles Parker, Biloxi, MS; Brother Terry Patton, Brother-in-law Jim and Sister Kathy Pitchford. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Tommy Dale Parker, husband Scotty Canale and sister Kelli Harvell.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 11:00-11:30 a.m. at Davis Memorial Christian Church in Taylorville. Celebration of life will begin at 11:30 a.m. at the Church with Cara Montgomery officiating. Inurnment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville, IL.
