Pamela Tennant, 53 of Taylorville passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025, at 12:53 p.m. at her home in Taylorville. She was born on January 6, 1972, in Springfield, IL, the daughter of Jimmy and Ruthann (Ondrey) Wilson. Pam loved long country rides looking for eagles and going camping.

She is survived by her companion of 20 years Gary Rhymes of Taylorville; daughter: Marissa Tennant of Taylorville; mother: Ruthann Wilson of Taylorville; stepsons: Aron Rhymes of Taylorville and Mitchell Rhymes of Stonington; grandchildren: Nevaeh, Legna, Henry and Edison; sister: Amy Crowe of Taylorville, IL and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Pam was preceded in death by her father and her sister Beth Wilson.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2024, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Sutton Memorial Home in Taylorville. Memorial service will begin immediately following the visitation starting at 7:00 p.m. with Father John Burnette officiating. Inurnment will be held in Anderson Cemetery in Palmer, IL.

Memorials may be made to the Taylorville Food Pantry.
