Patricia Jo Waterman, 82 of Taylorville, passed away on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at Taylorville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Taylorville.  She was born on July 21, 1943, in Taylorville, the daughter of Wilbur Jacob and Anges Bertie (Songer) White.  She graduated from Taylorville High School in 1963.  She previously worked at the Skyscraper Tavern.  In 1980 she received her CNA degree and worked at Johnson’s Nursing Home and for many years at Meadow Manor Nursing Home.  She enjoyed playing Bingo, sewing and cooking. 

She is survived by her son: John Waterman (Christina) of Taylorville and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents; infant son: Stephen Dale Waterman; and siblings: Dorothy Cravero, Gene White, Melvin “Chub” White, and William “Bill” White.

Mrs. Waterman will be cremated, and a graveside committal service will take place at 1 p.m. on Friday, December 5, 2025, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville with Pastor Brennan Hurley officiating.  McClure Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Taylorville is assisting the family with arrangements.
