Donna Sue Moore, 85, of Taylorville, passed away November 25, 2025, in St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.

Donna was born June 3, 1940, in White County, Illinois, the daughter of Dale and Wanda (Clark) Linder. After graduating high school, Donna married Terry Moore on July 30, 1971, in Fairfield, Illinois. She was a homemaker for the majority of her life and enjoyed crocheting, crafting, and spending time with her family. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Taylorville.

She is survived by her husband, Terry Moore of Taylorville; daughter, Valerie Lamb (fiancé John Bauer) of Taylorville; granddaughter, Ashley Lamb of Taylorville; great-granddaughter, Lillian Coghlan of Taylorville; brother, Gary Linder of Enfield, Illinois; and sister-in-law, Henryetta Tullis of Taylorville, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Crystal Webb; and siblings, Linda Moore, Betty Moore, and Jack Linder.

Per Donna’s wishes, a private family graveside service will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery in Taylorville on December 2, 2025. McClure Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Taylorville is assisting the family with arrangements.
