Patricia “Jane” Kutch, 87, of Taylorville, IL, passed away on February 4, 2026, at Taylorville Estates. She was born in Taylorville on September 30, 1938, the daughter of P.J. Lindsey and Pauline Lindsey.
Jane was a life-long resident of Taylorville. She graduated from Taylorville High School in 1956. Her school activities included being a cheerleader and a member of the Homecoming Court. She had a passion for playing Bridge, solving crossword puzzles, collecting antiques, and reading. Later in life, Jane became an avid fan of the Illinois Basketball Team and enjoyed watching Jeopardy!
She married Warren Kutch on February 9, 1968, and was a devoted wife and mother. She and Warren enjoyed traveling to Florida where they had a vacation home in Key Largo. Jane had a zest for life that was infectious and she will be remembered for her sparkling and pleasant personality.
She is survived by her three children: Kelly Frisina-Bland; Clark Frisina; and Kate Frisina-White; her two step-children: Nancy Kutch Fisser; and Linda Kutch Pambianco; five grandchildren: Polly Bland; Jaki Frisina; Luke Frisina; Max White; Duke White; as well as one great-granddaughter; Ellie Frisina; two siblings: Judy Adams; and Jim Lindsey; as well as many other nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at McClure Funeral Home in Taylorville. A memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m. and inurnment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
