Ramona C. Jack

Mrs. Ramona C. Jack, 97, of Kincaid, IL passed peacefully from this life at 9:36 A.M. Saturday, July 4th 2026, in her home.

She was born in Springfield, IL on September 20, 1928, the daughter of Lee and Martha (Langfield) Collins.

Ramona married George M. “Tony” Jack on November 30, 1946, in Springfield, IL and he preceded her in death on February 10, 1996,

Mrs. Jack worked for Horace Mann as an Auto Underwriter for 15 years.  Until very recently, she was an active Associate Member, of the Edwin Corpin Post #905 of the American Legion in Kincaid, IL.

Surviving are 2 sons Myron (wife Pam) Jack of Decatur, IL and Franklin (wife Kelly) Jack of Kincaid, IL along with several granddaughters, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.  Ramona was friends with a great many people from the Midland area.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Tony Jack, a son Benjamin Jack and a daughter Grace Lornitis.

Visitation for Mrs.  Ramona C. Jack will be held Wednesday, July 8th, 2026, from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Masterson Funeral Home in Kincaid.  Funeral services will immediately follow there at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Robert Stocker officiating, and burial after at Edinburg Cemetery next to her beloved husband George M. “Tony” Jack.  Masterson’s is honored to be assisting her family and condolences for those unable to attend are asked to be left at mastersonfh.com where they will be printed off and given to her family.
