Sandra “Sandy” Sue Crouch, age 80 of Greenville, passed away Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at HSHS Holy Family Hospital in Greenville.

In keeping with Sandy’s wishes, there will be no public service at this time.  Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice in memory of Sandy and mailed to the Donnell – Wiegand Funeral Home, 203 W. Oak, Greenville, Illinois 62246.

Sandra Sue, the daughter of Thomas Jefferson Oliver and Dorothy Ellen Travis Oliver, was born on June 15, 1946.  Sandy married Thomas William Crouch on June 4, 1966, in Greenville.  They enjoyed over 44 years of marriage, Bill passed away on February 6, 2011.

Sandy and Bill had 3 children: Danny Crouch and wife Cindy, Theresa Kalous who passed away December 30, 2023, and Lisa Schlesinger and husband Jamie.  She raised her kids and then worked cleaning houses and the bakery at Super Value.  Sandy then worked for Utlaut Memorial Hospital in the kitchen for over 25 years. 

Sandy was one of 9 children growing up: Connie Calvin, Loretta Taylor, Bill Oliver who is deceased, Larry Oliver who is deceased, Judy Reidelberger who is deceased, Tammy Housewright who is deceased, Tony Oliver, and Jack Oliver who is deceased.

Loving grandmother to: Amanda, Nicole, Bradley, Whitney, and Trent who is deceased.  Great-grandmother to: Jason, Ryder, Quinton, Leo, and Eloise.
